About MyIQTest
A free IQ test where the result is free too.
Why we built it
Search for an IQ test and most of what you find follows the same script: a few minutes of questions, then a paywall, a subscription or an email gate before you see your number. We think that is a poor way to treat curious people, so we built the opposite. You answer, you get your score, your percentile, your breakdown and every answer explained, and you don’t pay or sign up for any of it.
What is free
- The full 30-question IQ test, with your score, percentile, reasoning profile and answer review.
- The brain fog test, with your score and personal tips.
- Every guide on the site, from the IQ scale to average IQ.
There are no ads, no accounts and no email capture. We are working on an optional app for people who want to train their reasoning over time. The tests on this website will stay free.

Who we are
MyIQTest is built and run by a small independent team of developers and writers. We are not psychologists and we don’t pretend to be: our tests are estimates for education and curiosity, not clinical assessments. Where we describe research, we link to it or name it so you can check it yourself.
How we write and check content
- Numbers come from the math, not guesses. Percentiles and rarity figures are calculated from the standard IQ scale (mean 100, SD 15).
- Claims are sourced. Research on the brain fog test, the brain games and the IQ guides cites the published studies.
- Unverified is labelled. Famous IQ figures are marked as claimed or estimated unless a published test supports them.
- Pages are reviewed. Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. Last full review: November 2026.
- No fake data. We will only publish statistics about our own test-takers once we have real results to report.
